The apartment has a spacious terrace, ideal for sitting, relaxing or dining. The interior is fully furnished and equipped, including a kitchen with appliances, a living area with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a complete bathroom, allowing for immediate occupancy.

Apartment layout: entrance hall, kitchen connected to the living room, separate spacious bedroom, terrace facing the rear – quiet part of the complex with views of the surrounding area and greenery. There is only a dead-end street on this side of the complex. The annual management and maintenance fee is €12/m², payable once a year to the complex and includes care of the entire area (swimming pools, park, reception, security service, hotel maintenance, etc.).
