About the project:
After the undoubted success of the newly built EMILIA ROMANA PARK and EMILIA ROMANA BOUTIQUE complex, the investor is pleased to present its new project: the EMILIA ROMANA VERDE; a modern, innovative building with stylish architecture, elaborated in every detail. The name VERDE comes from Italian and means “green”. The new building wants to draw attention with its name to the rich landscaping of the complex and the presence of a park in front of it, as well as to the innovative solutions of a green facade and ecologically clean construction.

The land on which EMILIA ROMANA VERDE will be built is adjacent to the PARK and BOUTIQUE buildings. All owners will be able to use the club system between the complexes and the common infrastructure. The desire is to introduce to the market a building that will break the stereotype that resorts are only for the summer season. The quality of construction will be at a new, higher level. The plan is to use modern pre-set facades and the highest quality exterior plasters on the market for the external parts of the building.
