Properties will be handed over in turnkey stage flooring, doors, sanitary fittings, fitted bathrooms. For the convenience of the buyers, three types of furniture variants will be prepared, which will be available for purchase at an additional cost. The furniture and furnishings will be very elegant and subtle, offering the following styles: Turquoise Style, J’Adore Style and Cashmere Style.
Property owners will be able to enjoy management and management of their rental property, as well as additional services such as pre- and post-stay cleaning. Financing of the property can be done by phased financing. The financial plan consists of 4 steps with the ability to adjust according to the buyer’s needs.
Phased payment plan:
2000 EUR – securing the reservation and paying the deposit, signing the Contract of Future Contract;
40% of the property price – within 1 month;
30% of the price – within 3 months;
30% of the price – until 31 July 2024 (Act 16 – Completion)
Currently the building has been issued Act 14 (completed rough construction). The payment plan can be adjusted according to the buyer’s needs. Co-occupancy – Act 16 is expected by July 2024.
J’Adore Secret Garden is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach, just across from Sunny Day 2 and behind Sunny Day 1, within 250m of the beach.
The annual management and maintenance fee will be 12€/m2. The apartments are on offer with a surface area of 35 – 88 m².
